Hail Tutor Shop

Since i love hail so much i think i will open up a shop to tutor and make hail teams.

I think 40 per session is fair. each session will last about half hour to an hour.

Well as far as credentials.
All through BW1 i almost Xclusively played hail (see what i did thar :3)
I was the Elite four representing hail in 2 different PO leagues
I am also now the reigning Xclusive Leauge Elite Four Hail Representative
As for peaks i was able to top the DW ladder with a hail team
I'm not really a ladder junkie so i cant say i have reached some rediculous rank with hail but just ask around about my hail playing skill

My bad forgot to post but deduct 40 poke dollars from me I had a lesson from Valor

actually dont deduct anything from zac flares account. we ended up agreeing to do a trade between stores. thx.
