Best defensive cores

persoanlly i use eviolite roselia molitc and umbreon. althought that does give you a bit of a yanmega weakness. but other wise core does very well. also i see alot of regen cores. amoonguss/slowpro

slowbro and lax do very well together.
Lax is immune to ghost, slowbro resists fighting.
Slowbro walls about every physical poke in the game, snorlax walls every special poke in the game.
The core has some problems with physical pokes that can get past slowbro, mostly bugs, such as hera,escalavier,scolipede so you maybe want to add something that can handle these

yes i see alot of slowbro and lax. also alot of slowbro and tangrowth. too bad slowking isnt very good in higher tiers cuz i really like him too. i also see amoongus and empoleon which is kind of meh cuz of the EQ weakness.

Well amoonguss has a secondary (or is it the primary type? W/e) grass type so he isnt weak to eq but neutal and can take most eqs cause of this phenomenal bulk. Also its a nice regen core and can easily get a fwg core as you just need to add a fire.
