Also guys it's not a donking session. It's a chance for B team to redeem themselves that their no pushovers. Also they are great battlers as well or they wont be xclus. Just that they couldn't get the Ladder reqs needed. It's only 60/40 to A team and B team should still hold it's own. I will also help the B team so it should be a competition to look forward to.

Why not just have a tutoring program instead? A team vs B team is undeniably lopsided, and its not really going to prove anything other than A team are better. A tutoring program would be more productive because it would assist the B teamers in getting the skills required for the A team, and consequently makes Xclusive stronger on the whole. Just pair a volunteering A player with a B player and unpair them when the B player either achieves A team reqs or until they've had enough.

Again, just my thoughts.

Sounds good to me. After the tutoring is over, maybe there could be a test as well to determine if the tutee is good enough to be in A.
